[MR] Roster of Judges for Atlantian A & S Competitions

Hello to you all.

The Roster of Judges is now as complete as it's apparently going to be for 
now.  There are 60+ wonderful folks who have volunteered to participate as 
judges, and I urge you, as autocrats and/or organizers of any events that 
have A & S competitions, to make use of this roster to not only make life 
easier for you but also to try to get the best local judges you can find.

Until the roster is on-line, please contact me directly for names of judges, 
their areas of expertise, their geographical locations, and their contact 
information.  Hopefully this will all be on the kingdom web site in the near 
future.

I would also encourage anyone who is looking for help or information in any A 
& S field to also consider this roster as a source for knowledgeable people 
to contact.
