[MR] Archery at Garb Wars

Just a reminder that there will be target archery at Bright Hills' Garb Wars event.  I'd like to get the Royal Round started at 9, so anybody interested, please show up then.  There will be prizes for the winners, and I'm sure everyone will have a good time.

Also, because I haven't heard officially and it came up at Unevent, I must require all archers to sign in with the MOL, for insurance purposes.  This means you have to have your blue card.
