While I understand your opinion, I also am finding out, through research and
helpful friends, that sometimes, doing things more authentic is easier and
cheaper. We were just discussing on another list, about how to do Pennsic
without a cooler. No running for ice all they time. Period foods that
taste good, and even fresh eggs every day, with out a cooler. I wish I had
found out about that list a long time ago. I would have saved some money on
those silly chairs, and fabric to make them look "more medieval"
