[MR] Cell phone service at Sapphire Joust site?

Greetings, Atlantia!

    Can anyone confirm or relate information regarding cell phone service at
the Sapphire Joust site?  We have AT&T and they are usually wonderful in
rural areas.  Since I will be due to deliver our first child within a few
days of the tournament, I would like to make sure I can contact the site.
