If I remember correctly, that would be Sithmaith Nic Aorth (at least that's as 
much as I can read off the back of the scroll I commissioned from her.) She 
pronounces it Seva. She is an apprentice of Duchess Simone 
(barjavel at earthlink.com).  I don't seem to have Sithmaith's E-mail address 
handy.

Every time I see her work at events, there are 3-4 of them at once all done
at that quality. Wow.
