[MR] Problem with merchant

Hello.  I am trying to get in touch with a merchant that attended Holiday Fair in the Barony of Stierbach (11/17/2001):  The Artful Dragon.  

I placed an order at the fair and have not heard from them since December.  I have tried numerous emails, but have not gotten a reply.  Their website is no longer active, and the phone number on their business card does not accept incoming calls.  The last I heard from them, my order was almost ready and they would be sending it within a week.  I never received the item, nor did I hear another word about it.  

If anyone has any contact information for this merchant, or if The Artful Dragon sees this message, please contact me by reply email:  suzieroo at thenetnerd.com  I still want the item, but if that's not possible, I would like my deposit refunded.
