[MR] Two quick announcements

Two announcemnets:

One: Those waiting for the Regional Calendar for the month of April will 
have to wait until Wed night at the earliest. I have a massive comp sci 
project and an exam that day. Plus this whole graduation in about 40 days 
thing that I kinda need to worry about. So I can't devote as much time to my 
SCA responsibilities as I should.

Two: Any marshals who are coming to Rencester's event and would be willing 
to help out with authorizations please contact me at iollan at lycos.com and
