[MR] Fighters are not by nature vulgarians

I would like to object to the characterization of fighters as vulgar.  We
fight for the honor of another; we would be hypocritical and
counterproductive if we then besmirched that honor with rampant vulgarity.
Chivalry _and_ courtesy are our highest ideals.  I'm not claiming that no
fighter is ever vulgar, or even that all vulgarity is always inappropriate;
I'm just saying it's not fair to paint us as a class with that brush.
