I VERY rarely post to the list, but about this topic, I must speak.

For those of you who just don't seem to get it, the point is NOT about
JUST going back to what Atlantia has had for years.... ie, tradition.

Atlantian Arms with ermine = furry clam

Atlantian Arms without ermine = shaved clam

Get it?  If you're going to get insulted, you'll do so either way.

I have had the honor of making my wife wear the arms of Atlantia, and the
only reason that we did not decide to change the arms back was because of
the immense work involved, and we had not gotten the ball rolling during
our time as prince and princess. The arms are only as insulting as the
Queen chooses them to be.

My queen chose not to be insulted, and in fact, was honored to wear the
Atlantian arms (and she wore the ermine as well), and we would like to
firmly support any movement to restore the arms to their traditional
styling.
