[MR] Reminder: Sign-up deadline for NC Renn Faire Demo

*****If you want to help with the demo, and would like
to get in for free, you need to let me know by
midnight tonight.****** 

After today, pre-sale tickets will be available for
the $5 from myself or Calli.  Or you can pay full
price at the gate the day of the demo.

The Demo is April 6-7 (same weekend as Coronation) at
the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC. The demo
begins at 10 a.m. (I would like for those helping to
be there by 9:45 a.m.) and last until approximately 6
p.m.  There will be three separate fighting times each
day (2:30, 4:30 and 6 p.m.) Calli
(sfcalli at pams.ncsu.edu) is organizing the
fighters(light and heavy).  

Greetings to all artisans, fighters, and others who
wish to help!

The time has come again for the 2002 NC Rennaissance
Faire. The Canton of Elvegast is looking for parties
interested to do live A&S and/or set up a display,
individuals to man the information table, and fighters
(heavy and rapier).  The Faire opens at 10 a.m. on
Saturday and Sunday. Please plan on being there on
time.  If you can only be there for one day, please
let me know.

If you are able to help and will commit to be there by
March 25th I can place you on a list of individuals
who will get in for free.

If you decide that you can help after March 25th,
there will be pre-sale tickets available through
myself or Lord Callistus Gill for $5.

Calli is coordinating the fighting portion of the
demo.  There will be three fighting times on Saturday
and on Sunday (2:30, 4:30 and 6:00 p.m.) Please
contact him (sfcallic at pams.ncsu.edu) with questions
concerning fighting.

Please let me know if you can help and when.
Crash space can be arranged if you are coming from
out-of-town.  And, Calli and I are planning on
coordinating dinner and/or a get together on Saturday
evening for those who help us out.
