[MR] Marshall's Meeting at Coronation

Greetings all from the Earl Marshal, Sir Rodrigo Falcone!!

My apologies if you receive this twice.

Things are starting to take shape for my term as Earl Marshal and there 
is a real and present need to have the senior marshal staff meet at 
Coronation for a face to face meeting.  I hesitate to make this 
mandatory, so I will encourage you as strongly as possible to attend 
without demanding it.  The senior marshal staff includes each discipline 
deputy, the training deputy, the emergency deputy, and the four regional 
deputies to the Earl Marshal.  Please RSVP, by replying to 
<earlmarshal at atlantia.sca.org>.

The meeting will take place immediately after the heavy tourney, break 
for court, and perhaps finish between court and feast.  Please be 
prepared to report on the following: the state of your marshals' 
readiness and efficacy, the state of your policies, and prioritized 
issues for your discipline.

There is also a Curia scheduled for the next day, which I must attend 
and encourage the rest of you to do so.  There are issues for us at 
Curia, and our meeting may indeed raise more.
