Unto the Crowns, Peers, and Populace of Atlantia does Gorm of Berra, Golden 
Dolphin Herald, send greetings:

At the meeting of the Atlantian College of Heralds in March, 2002, the 
following items were considered.  Unfortunately, they had to be RETURNED 
for rework.  In all cases, the submitters will be receiving a letter 
explaining the reasons for the return, and will have one year from the date 
of that letter to resubmit a revised submission at no charge.

Berenger Nachtwulf Von Mainz Der Spieler , Device , (Fieldless) three 
crescents conjoined in point horns outward Or, overall flowing water argent.
We are forced to return this due to current Laurel precedent that disallows 
the use of Japanese streams.

Brig ingen Erennaigh , Badge , Or, a cats face sable, jessant-de-lys vert.
Unfortunately this conflicts with Lenore of Lynxhaven, Or, a lynx's head 
cabossed sable, orbed Or."  which was registered in June 1973.  There is 
one CD for the addition of the fleur-de-lys unfortunately we are unable to 
find a second CD.

Judith of Massan , Device , Azure, a semy of mullets Or, overall a unicorn 
rampant countourny argent.
Regretfully, we are forced to return this device for the following 
reason:  The unicorn as drawn is not an acceptable Heraldic depiction of a 
unicorn.  Specifically, the horn needs to be longer, hoofs could be cloven, 
the unicorn should be bearded and have tufts of fur at the hooves.  Golden 
Dolphin empathizes with these drawing concerns.  Please feel free to
