We have resent the name to Laurel on the March, 2002 Letter of Intent.  We 
do not understand why Laurel was unable to locate your forms in 
December.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  There is no concern that 
your device submission from October will be returned for lack of name.  The 
worst case is that Laurel will construct a holding name for it should it be 
registerable.  Then, when your name goes through in July, it will be handled.

Yoshimitsu Hideyoshi , Name
We received commenary supporting Yoshimitsu as a surname and Hideyoshi as a 
personal name, the normal ordering of elements in Japanese puts the surname 
first, therefore we have changed the name to Yoshimitsu Hideyoshi.
