[MR] Tent for sale

Please forgive the intrusion.  I have a 12x16 double belled wedge tent with 
fly, and all ropes, poles, stakes and storage bags, tarps and tub.  It's made 
by Panther, with 10 oz flame retardant Sunforger canvas.  It has been to a 
total of 4 events.  I am no longer active in the SCA due to real life 
happening, and do not see being active as a posibility in the near future.  
I'd be happy to personally deliver to anywhere in the Tidewater, VA or 
northeastern NC area.  Shipping outside this area can be negotiated.  Because 
of the pristine condition of this item, I'm asking $800 for the lot.  In the 
catalogue, the base price without the nifty canvas bags and tub with wheels 
is just over $900.  Also included is hardware to hang things off the poles.
