[MR] Waterbearers in Sacred Stone???

Greetings!

I was recently asked for some assistance in locating waterbearers in Sacred 
Stone and the surrounding area.  After consulting my roster, although it 
seems hardly possible, I've discovered that there is only one apprentice 
chirurgeon and no waterbearers in Sacred Stone or any of her Cantons.  Is 
this really possible?  If you live in Sacred Stone and are now, or wish to 
be, active in waterbearing, please contact me as soon as possible so I can 
place your name on the roster.
