I think you might be recalling the "running walls" that circled the
Atlantian Royal encampment the year of Stephan and Niobe's reign.  White
fabric, bright blue borders, nice looking arms in the center?  There are
33 of them: the King's arms, Queen's, Prince's, Princess's, Atlantian
orders of merit, and arms of all the baronies and shires.

The Ravenstreet household, together with associated friends, students,
and other members of Their Grace's court (notably our friends from
Nottinghill Coil) made these to spiff up the camp that year.  They have
since decorated a few feast halls, as well as the feast tent at Twenty
Year.

We've never actually "given" them to the Kingdom because, well...we put
an AWFUL lot of work and some expense into them and frankly things like
these sometimes walk away or get badly damaged.  They "live" in my
garage, and get loaned out for appropriate uses.

For example, they are currently in the hands of Countess Mary Grace, as
they will be going to the Atlantian encampment at Gulf Wars.  :)
