Unto the Crown, Peers, and Populace of Atlantia does Gorm of Berra, Golden 
Dolphin Herald, send greetings.

At their meeting in March, 2002, the Atlantian College of Heralds was 
unable to completely consider the following submission.  We are 
investigating the deficiency and will reconsider it in our April meeting:

Berenger Nachtwulf Von Mainz Der Spieler , Name

We are forced to pend this because we need to further investigate the 
appropriateness of the family name "Kumihara".  The College is undergoing 
this research and will be completed before the next LOI meeting.
