[MR] court held at kingdom war college

Please note, with Their Majesties gracious permission, We, Logan and Isabel,
rightfull Heirs to the Throne of Atlantia, did hold a court in absentia of
Their Majesties Galmr and Ayranna at Their kingdom war college in Their
Shire of Bordervale Keep.  In this Court did We induct Sir Jason Kynslay
into the noble Order of the Sea Stag,

We are proud this day to be afforded the opportunity to represent Their
Majesties in this honorable duty and recognize one of Atlantia's subjects.
Sir Jason has been an instrumental part of the growth of Atlantia's army and
We are honored to be allowed to induct him in Their Majesties absence.
