[MR] UNC-TV (PBS) Volunteer Night

It is time once again for the UNC-TV annual Festival Telethon.

For those unfamiliar with it, UNC-TV is the North Carolina public
television network. Every year a group of SCAdians volunteer to
answer the telephones for one night during the festival. Volunteers
are only on the phones during pledge breaks. Between pledge breaks
they have television monitors which you can watch, a lounge area
where you can pass the time, and the feed you.

This year, the SCA will be volunteering on Wednesday 20 March. The
programming is 'Viewers Choice' so we are unsure what we will be
watching. 

We have been asked to provide 50 volunteers. Volunteers need to be at
the UNC-TV studios by 6pm for training. You can leave early, but you
must arrive on time. 

Garb is required, but only from the waist up. It is recommended that
you wear a hat, and that you do not wear white.
