[MR] Are there any fighter practices on July 4th in DC

I am going to be in DC for the 4th and was wondering if there are any
practices going on then or if everyone was taking the time off from
fighting.  Just think of the fun in trying to hold a fighter practice near
the Mall with a MILLION people walking buy and watching!!  Just wondering
since I have had to miss a few fighter practices recently and need more work
before Pennsic.
