To one and all;
   I am sure someone else has made these points, but I can't help but
make a few observations. 
A. This is a Pelican Coronet, common in only 2 or 3 places that I am
aware of.
B. The baby Pelicans are arranged in a Triscalon / Trifoil combination.
These would lead me to believe that it once belonged to a Pelican of
Trimaris, Or the old Principality of the Mists. Since Florida has a much
higher portion of its populace in a mobile state, Military college etc.
and this was recovered from a lost / Unclaimed shipment, I gotta go with
it being Trimaris. If Some of our more southern reaches have contacts
there it might be a good place to start.
