8 PM.....................Fire circle opens, come and relax or cook your
dinner

SATURDAY:
10 AM..................Open to public, all vehicles to be off site by this
time
10 AM..................A&S Competition / Display opens
10 AM..................Authorizations for Heavy and Rapier begin
10 AM..................Archery inspection opens
10 AM..................Merchants open
10 AM..................Children’s opens
11 AM .................Free scholar
11 AM..................Archery begins
12 NOON.............Heavy scenarios begin
12 NOON.............Provost followed by scenarios
2 PM....................Dance demo (at the feast tent)
4 PM....................A&S Judging
4 PM....................Rapier and Heavy fighting close
4 PM....................Archery closes
4 PM....................Children’s closes
4 PM....................Feast set-up/ Court set-up
5 PM....................Merchants close
5 PM....................COURT OPENS
6-6:30...................Court closes
6-6:30...................Feast begins
Following feast there will be a fire circle for bardic or other activities,
weather permitting.


SUNDAY:
AM.......................Clean-up
12 NOON.............Everyone not helping in the break-down is expected to be
off site by this time.
