UNto the Crown, Peers, and Populace of Atlantia does Gorm of Berra, Golden 
Dolphin Herald, send greetings:

At our meeting in May, 2002, we considered the following 
items.  Unfortunately, we were unable to recommend them for acceptance, and 
therefore RETURNED them for further work.  In all cases, the submitters 
have (or will soon be) received letters informing them of the reasons for 
this return, and will have one year from the date of those letters to 
resubmit revised items at no further charge:

Aodhfionn ua Diarmuid. Device. Per bend sinister sable and vert, on a bend 
sinister between a feather and a rapier argent three flames argent.
We were forced to return this for several violations of the style rules; 
specifically 1) flames are not allowed to be voided.  The rules for 
submission require that charges that are voided be "simple geometric 
charges", which a flame is not.  2)  If we considered these flames as white 
flames they would be a white flame on a white field which would be metal on 
metal.  3) Both the rapier and the feather should be drawn larger to fill 
the available space.

Gavin Briare. Device. Per chevron azure and sable, a fox sejant guardant 
argent.
Unfortunately this conflicted with Asne Whitewolf "fieldless a wolf sejant 
argent."  There is one CD for the field verses fieldless, however there is 
no second CD.

John Cameron. Name.
Unofrtunately, we must return this name because it was owned by a John 
Cameron a noted scottish theologian born in 1579 who had an entry in the 
Encyclopedia Britannica.

Reyne Telarius. Device. Vert chausse purpure, a griffin segreant argent.
Unfortunately, we need to return this for stylistic reasons, specifically, 
a chausse is a field division that must have good contrast.  Good contrast 
is defined as a color on a metal or a metal on a color.  In addition, we 
not the probable conflict with Griffin Val Drummond per pale purpure and 
azure a griffin segreant argent bearing in its dexter talon a morningstar 
and in it's sinister talon a targe charged with a tower azure.
