Bids for the February, 2003 University are overdue. This session should be
in a northern locale, so any group north of Caer Mear is invited to bid.
But since no one has sent in a bid thus far, we may entertain bids from
outside this area.

Please take a few minutes from your Pennsic preparations and put together a
