Well, I know a man in a gorilla suit performing out front at the opening
for a new bank got arrested under this statute in Raleigh. The Raleigh
Cop had driven past him for about four days before he arrested him.
The judge threw it out of course. And the police looked like jerks at
the time. On the other hand he might have suspected an escapee from the
state zoo - at that time it was UNC-CH. They have since taken down the
high fence and moved most of the animals to the new one at Asheboro.
