The message was posted on the Herald's list, and we identified the symbols as 
probably being from the Barony of Wyvernwoode, in Trimaris.  Messages 
(probably a LOT of them) have been sent to the current Baron, Baroness, and 
Herald. 

The seller states that the artifact was among an unclaimed freight shipment 
in Minnesota, so it's probably of a former baron, or perhaps a court baron 
from that Barony.  

So if you recognize the design, please contact the seller or someone in 
Wyvernwoode.  Chances are someone there knows something about it.
