It's been split into two, one for Irish and Manx and the other for
Scottish.  They are now at http://www.panix.com/~mittle/names/irish.shtml
and http://www.panix.com/~mittle/names/scottish.shtml -- they should be
moving to s-gabriel.org Real Soon Now; the pages they point to already
have...
