[MR] low-cost pavilions

I'm still happy with my two year old wall tent from Reliable Tents. An
8x10x4 (wall height, center height 7') from them can be had for as
little as $226. My 12x14 with sod cloth and 5' walls (7.5' center) was
still under $400. I made my own pole set for another $40. Not pocket
change, but a far cry from the typical medieval pavilion.
