[MR] E-mail to the Kingdom Waiver Secretary

Good gentles,

It has recently come to my attention (Thank you - Lady Sveva!) that
e-mail going to the "waivers at atlantia.sca.org" e-mail address was
previously being forwarded to my old, and now defunct, home address,
where it was bouncing.  The Kingdom Webminister, Lord Gruffudd, has very
quickly fixed this problem, and e-mail is now coming to the right
address.  If you've tried to send e-mail to the
"waivers at atlantia.sca.org" address anytime in the last month or so,
please re-send it to me.  I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
