[MR] [Heraldry] August LoI meeting *cancelled* (Details in E-Mail)

UNto the assorted Crown, Peers, Heralds, and assorted populace of the fair 
Kingdom of Atlantia (and the rest of those who receive this) does Gorm of 
Berra, Golden Dolphin Herald, send greetings:

I have currently five submissions in hand for August consideration by 
Atlantia.  That is nowhere near enough to justify having the assorted 
Heralds of Atlantia travel to Dinwiddie, VA one slim week before Pennsic 
and have a decision meeting.

Therefore, after consultation with Triton, said meeting is *CANCELLED*.

The submissions will be posted to the Submission Heralds group (details on 
subscribing available on request) tomorrow evening.  Commentary will be 
accepted until the 17th of August, when I will return from War and begin 
compiling the LoI.

That gives me all of three days before the Packet Service deadline.  I'll 
manage it.  The streak of consecutive LoI's is not in danger.

Any submissions received by this upcoming Saturday will be considered via 
the same process.
