[MR] [PENNSIC] Atlantia participation at Pennsic Herald's Point

Unto the Crown, Peers, and Populace of Atlantia does Gorm of Berra, Golden 
Dolphin Herald, send greetings:

I intended to announce this in the Acorn, but I fear the server issues of 
the beginning of the month may have thwarted me, so I will announce it here 
as well:

Atlantia *WILL* be accepting submissions from the Pennsic Main Herald's 
Point Consult table this year.

These submissions will be treated exactly as if they were accepted by a 
Kingdom Consultation Table (ie judged by Kingdom in September, passed to 
Laurel for Acceptance in February, we should receive word in 
April).  Submitting at Pennsic does NOT speed up the process at all, nor 
does it guarantee acceptance.

It does, however, give you an opportunity to use the services of several of 
the most knowledgeable Heralds in the Society, and the use of the resources 
of one of the largest SCA Heraldry libraries compiled for one given consult 
table.

I heartily encourage anyone pondering matters Heraldic to attend the table 
and submit their names or armory there.  The price will be the same as 
usual for Atlantia ($10).

If anyone, I repeat *anyone* has any issues with how they are handled at 
the Pennsic table, please, please, please do not hesitate to inform me.  I 
will be camped with the Chiurgeons in block N07.  Please do not hesitate to 
report good experiences as well.  OUr experiences this year will determine 
if we continue this practice in upcoming years.
