[MR] Law and Policy Updated

Greetings, everyone.

The Great Book of Law, the Kingdom Book of Policy, and the Kingdom
Financial Policy have all been updated.  All changes made at Their
Majesties' Curia in June, published in the August Acorn, are now
online.  You can find everything at http://law.atlantia.sca.org.

One note -- I am having some technical difficulties.  The PDF file for
the Book of Policy doesn't seem to be working and my computer crashes
whenever I try to upload it to the Kingdom server (I don't even know
what an OE Error is, so I'm getting a smidgeon frustrated).  You can
read Policy in the HTML version, however, and I will keep trying to get
a working PDF file up as soon as I can move it to another computer. 
Both the HTML and PDF files are working for the Great Book of Law and
the Kingdom Financial Policy.
