[MR] Pennsic Waterbearing

Attention all you Atlantian Waterbearers and all other Kingdom's!

I, Lady Gwyneth MacDonaugh, have the joyous job of being in charge of the new 
waterbearing department at Pennsic XXXI.  We have our own tent, and our own 
department this year!

Please contact me as I have several positions that need to be filled.  If you 
know Sheherizad of the East Kingdom (Bachale? sorry about the spelling) 
please have her contact me asap.

I am taking ideas for "Thank you's" and other things that might help us in 
this year of transition from under the Chirurgeonate to our own Department.
