Unto the Crown, Peers, and Populace of the Kingdom of Atlantia does Lord 
Gorm of Berra, Golden Dolphin Herald, send greetings:

At the January, 2002 meeting of the Atlantian College of Heralds, The 
following items were returned for rework:

Eiríkr Eðwarðsen - Name and Device Barry gules and argent, two spears in 
saltire sable.

THis name conflicts with the registered name Eric Edwardson, and therefore 
must be returned.  As we had to return the name, the device had to be 
returned as well.

The submitter has one year from the date he receives the written notice of 
return to resubmit at no cost.
