I've taken Donal's Voice Heraldry class in the past, and can attest that it 
*is* well worth your time.  Yes, I am a herald, but I am frequently called 
upon to yell at folks in non-heraldic capacities or situations, and the tips 
I learned from this class has helped immeasurably.

You didn't think it was just because I had a big mouth, did you?  Nope, it's 
because Donal helped teach me how to USE my big mouth.  :)
