[MR] declaration Pennsic 31

Since we have been asked many times about pennsic 31, we asked for council
and received it.  we consulted the leaders of our armies, Our warlord, and
Our Knights and made Our decision.  Please forward this as you may.  Here
was our response:

Unto our Royal Cousins, Darius of the East and Valharic of the Middles do I
Logan, 42nd Prince of Atlantia send greetings:

We have promised you both an early commitment of Our counsel and might for
the upcoming Pennsic War and wish to inform you that Atlantia will fight
with the Midrealm this year.

This decision is not taken lightly, nor does it reflect our friendship for
one and not the other of you.  All know that We have been and will continue
to be staunch Friends of the East.  It would be easy, comfortable and
familiar to throw Our lot in with the East.  We do not, however, believe
that choice to be in the best interest of an even and competitive war.

You have each made Us offers which evidence your great esteem for Atlantia,
and for this We thank you.  It is not the nature of the offers that decided
Us.  It was instead the conviction that (with careful management of the
numbers once Atlantia declared for the Middle) We can convince other
kingdoms to try new things and create more interesting mix.  And as always,
if the East is unfairly overmatched once We reach the fields of Pennsic,
Atlantia will do what is necessary to correct the situation.

Thank You both for Your time.  We wish You every success in Your upcoming
reigns and look forward to Your good company at Gulf Wars as We support Our
King Galmr and lead Our army into battles glorious.
