For those wishing to enter Our Crown list in May you must send your letter
of intent no later than April 6th (that means postmarked). Your letter may
be delivered either by postal mail or electronic mail and should be sent to
His Highness and copied to Master Corwyn.  Please be sure to include the
following information for both the fighter and the consort:

Modern Name
SCA Name
Membership # and Expiration date
Mailing Address
Phone Number
Email address

The intention of Our Crown list will be to showcase the best abilities of
each competitor.  To that end the format will be a double elimination
tourney with each round being fought as a best two out of three.  Double
kills will count as a loss for each opponent and only the first occurrence
shall count.  Any subsequent double kills shall cause a single refight until
a clear winner is found.

Each competitor is welcomed to use whatever weapons they choose until the
final round.  At that time any losses shall be erased and the lower ranked
fighter will choose the weapons form for the first round of the finals.  The
weapons form in the second round shall be determined by the higher ranked
fighter.  Should the finals need a third round each competitor shall
determine his/her own weapons form.
