Plaza Art supply in Fairfax county, VA carries what you are looking for.
They have booth glass and ceramic. The glass is a good enough quality that
you can guild the glass for more light refraction and brighter colors.
Plaza is in MD and on-line as well. When I went in to check on Sunday they
had 20+ colors in glass and 10 in ceramic. The prices were good and there
is a discount card you can get for the asking that gives you 10%. You can
call or check on line for info or for a catalog.
