[MR] linen shirt pricing

and one more question-- even though i'm sure you guys are going to suggest 
incredibly high prices which i could never imagine charging-- what is the 
normal hourly rate for embroidery? (one of my options is to embroider the 
front placket of the shirts with rather simple designs-- nothing terribly 
crazy). by the way, thanks for all the help!!
