[MR] Tourney of Ymir - Camping

I would like to make a note that may have been over looked when this
announcement was posted.  Considering that the ordinal message was posted
the 31st of January and the deadline for the reduced site fees is tomorrow,
1 February, would it not be wise to delay the received by date by about 5-7
days.  Considering the slowly snail mail these days(my own personal
experience), I think that it would be wise.

Also, I would have to agree with Master Gregor MacGregor in his question.
