[MR] KASF site opens at...

[Kateryn Rous ... and staff]

I want to let people know that the site for KASF opens
at 8:30, not 10 am.

Check-in for competitors was intended to end at
10:30-11 am (wiggle room built in for far travelers),
but we will try to make further allowances for late
arrivals due to this confusion.
