Unto the Crown, Populace and Peers of Atlantia does Lord Gorm of Berra, 
Golden Dolphin Herald, send greetings:

The following submission had to be pended at the Atlantian College of Arms 
meeting of February 3, 2002.  It will be reconsidered automatically at the 
March 3, 2002 meeting.

1.  Leinhard Germagne du Lorraine - Name submission.
	The submitter submitted two sets of forms, as the first one was incorrect 
(Branch Name form rather than personal name form).  There were significant 
discrepancies between the two forms, such that we were unable to determine 
the intent of the submitter.  We will be contacting the submitter in effort 
to resolve these discrepancies.
