Unto the Crown, Peers, and populace of Atlantia does Lord Gorm of Berra, 
Golden Dolphin Herald, send greetings:

The following items were considered at the Golden Dolphin meeting held on 
February 3, 2002, and were approved and sent to Laurel on the Atlantian 
February LoI dated February 20, 2002.

We anticipate Laurel deciding on these items in June, 2002.  We expect to 
hear the results in August or September.

1.  Belphoebe de Givet - Badge "Argent, a scourge sable, it's center lash 
between two crescents gules".

2.  Cynan Blaidd ap Iago - New Primary Name

3.  D{a'}irine ingen Ciaragain - New Primary Name
         (Note for those who are unfamiliar with Daud Notation, {a'} 
represents an accented a.)

4.  Dante di Pietro - Resubmitted Primary Name
         This is a resubmission of a Laurel return for administrative 
reasons, we have resolved the issues.

5.  Dominick Elphinstone - New Device  "Vert, on an open book argent, a key 
fesswise reversed purpure, a tierce argent."

6.  Elena Alexander  New Badge: "(Fieldless) A horse's head contourney, 
couped palewise vert."

         This was actually to have been forwarded by Atlantia in January 
along with the name and         device, however an administrative glitch 
caused this to be omitted from the LoI.  The Golden    Dolphin Office 
apologizes profusely for the error.

7.  Eleyna Bertholmeu, New Primary Name

8. Generys ferch Ednuyed ap Madauc New Primary Device: "Ermine, a bend 
azure and a bordure invected sable."

9.  Hyrim de Guillion  Device: "Sable, a wolf passant, in chief three 
pitchers argent"

10.  Jaine the Embroiderer  New Primary Device "Per chevron argent and 
azure, two Moor's cubit arms in chevron issuant from the flanks proper and 
a phoenix argent and on a chief azure three annulets argent."

11.  Llewelynus Luctuosus  Change of Primary Name to Tam{a'}s B{u'}ndas.
         (See above note on Daud Notation.  Also note that the s should be 
accented, but I cannot reproduce that here)

12. Llewelynus Luctuosus  Change of devce to: " Vert, egret's wings argent 
semy, a bordure Or."

13. Mary Grace of Gatland  New Device: "Vert semy-de-lys, a sun and on a 
chief Or three roses proper"

14.  Mary Grace of Gatland   New Badge: "Per chevron argent and vert, in 
cross three ermine spots sable and a fleur-de-lys Or."

15.  Melchior der Grauwulf. New Primary name and Device "Quarterly argent 
and sable, a heron volant wings elevated and on a chief azure a sword 
argent fesswise reversed."

16.  Owen ap Craddoc. New primary Name
We  changed the name from Craddog to Craddoc at Kingdom to comply with 
submitter's wishes for an authentic welsh name.

17.  Ranulf of Waterford and Caitlyn o Duirnin, transfer for House Name 
"House Azami" from Ysabeau Cameron and Laeghaire O Laverty.

18. Ysoria filia Emery. Alternate name Ysoria de Brai.
