If in requesting a source for vellum you are referring to the modern
definition of "vellum," I would suggest Pearl Art & Craft.  There is one
just off the Beltway in Alexandria, VA, and locations in various other
places in the US (see http://www.pearlart.com/).  They have good prices on
most art supplies, and a very wide selection.  If Pearl is not convenient
for you, try any drafting/architectural supply house.  Or the bookstore of
a college/university where they have drafting/architectural classes.  The
art and drafting section of stores like Total Craft and Michael's might
also work.

If you are referring to something other than the modern use of vellum, my
apologies :-).  But you might try Pearl anyway - you never know what they
have hiding in there.
