[MR] Website Downtime and New homepage layout

Greetings!

This is just to let ya'll know that tomorrow there will be a brief outage of
the kingdom webserver while some minor maitainace and upgrades occur.  The
outage should last no longer than 30 minutes.

Also at this time I will be updating the website to a new design/format.
The page will viewable with a minimun 800x600 resolution however I strongly
reccomend 1024x768 for optimal viewing.  Also Netscape 4x browsers work but
are a little flaky with the format.  IE 5+ and Netscape 6 display fine
