Good Gentles,

The 56th session of the University of Atlantia will be held June 1, 2002, at
Francis Marion University in Florence South Carolina.

I would be pleased to hear from prospective teachers and track organizers.
If you wish to organize a track, please contact me as soon as you can so
that I may hold space. This does not mean you must have every class worked
out at this time.

Recent sessions have been large with up to 26 tracks. The June site has only
promised 15 rooms, so this will be a smaller session. I anticipate that
there will be teachers wishing to teach who will not be able to for space
reasons. So the sooner I hear from you the better.

I will need details for the catalog by mid-March to meet the May Acorn
deadline. Please provide the following:
Class title
SCA name
Legal name
How to contact you (email preferred)
Brief description of the class, ~35-40 words
Limits on class size, if any
Length (# of one hour slots)
Materials fee, if any
For rapier or heavy classes that will actually be fighting, and not simply
talking about it, I need to know this to schedule MoL and Marshal coverage.
