[MR] New Minister of Minors listserv

At the request of Lady Tehair MacDiarmada, Atlantian Kingdom Minister of 
Minors, I have set up a mailing list for current Ministers of Minors to 
discuss issues and ideas that deal with that office. Both the current and 
new KMoM agree that the list should be limited to MoMs and in those areas 
that do not have MoMs, Seneschals. This might change later but as I now I am 
limiting the list to those mentioned above. The list is  atlantianmoms · 
Atlantian MoM List and is located at yahoogroups.

The settings for the list are that only members can post, it is unmoderated, 
attachments will be discarded (if you wish to send an attachment to the list 
please place it in the files section of the link above. Not all email 
programs handle attachments), and the default reply is to the author not the 
list. I reserve the right to change this if the need arises in the future.

There is also talk of moving this list to the Kingdom server, but I wanted 
to get it set up ahead of time. More info will come later if needed.
