Responding to the list, with a shameless plug: 

Military Through the Ages will be held at Jamestown Settlement, the third weekend in March - that's the 15th-16th-17th. Most major activities are on Saturday, culminating in an early-afternoon Pass In Review on Sunday. Time period last year was Iron Age Celts to Russians in Chechnya. I'm going to be doing 17th C myself, alternating between the Company of James Fort and a 30YW Polish horse-artillery unit.
