I note that we all so quickly forget the entire BOD
that was forced to resign not so long ago when they
attempted to force pay to play on kingdoms that didn't
want it.

I also note that there are a couple of circles in this
kingdom where BOD paranoia appears to be rampant. As
was said to Hrothgar in a previous post, do you really
think the BOD is sitting around waiting for their next
victim? Do you really think that is what they do with
their time? Sorry if I'm rude, but I find this while
thread a little paranoid and a little silly.

In this case it sounds like someone learned finally
that this is a society with rules and no you can't do
whatever you want whenever you want. As someone who
in the past joined a society of courtesy, I'm happy to
see someone in this society enforcing those rules of
courtesy on the extreme cases.

It is not isolationist or our job to second-guess what
the BOD decided about events in another kingdom. You
have your voice about the makeup of the BOD when
candidates names are published. If you think the
person would become drunk with the power of being on
the BOD the time to write is while they're on the
candidate list.

And as people are always happy to remind me when I
feel things are going wrong - this is not a democratic
society.
