Forgive my intrusion, but if memory serves correctly, does not Atlantia 
_already_ own several such banners containing many of the individual groups' 
heraldry?  I saw them last used as a wall, encircling the Atlantian Royal 
Encampment at Pennsic.  I do not recall the specific sizes, but it seems 
that each panel measured several feet across by an equal number of feet 
tall.  Perhaps 4' x 4' ??

I have photos somewhere of many of them, and I clearly recall using the 
"wall" to test some of the newer heralds by challenging them to name each 
group based on looking _only_ at the associated heraldry, so I'm fairly 
certain that it's not just old age creeping up on me.  :)
